DST IMPLANT PACK

At DST Implant Pack, we develop and manufacture a comprehensive range of packaging specifically designed for dental implants, combining safety, functionality and regulatory compliance.

We offer six packaging variants, tailored to the different needs of implant manufacturers:

Simple simple

Designed to securely and stably hold the implant only.

Doble versión

Intended for clients who need to include the screw or other additional components within the same package.

We adapt to the requirements of each project, customising the internal components according to the design of each client’s implant. In addition, we offer two types of titanium holders:

  • Transport holder, which allows safe handling of the implant throughout the packaging and placement process.
  • Ring-type holder, ideal for transporting the implant via the tool, enabling precise and stable handling.

Our packaging is designed so that the implant comes into contact only with titanium, complying with international standards for compatibility and biocompatibility.

We also offer a silicone version, more economical yet fully compatible with titanium implants, providing an excellent quality-to-cost ratio.

Depending on the sterilisation method used by each client, we can select the most suitable plastic material to ensure maximum resistance, compatibility and stability throughout the process.

Each DST Implant Pack is designed to protect, preserve and present the dental implant with the highest reliability, produced in a controlled environment (ISO 8 cleanroom, ISO 13485 certification).

At DST Implant Pack, we pay attention to every detail to ensure your implant reaches the professional in perfect condition, with maximum safety and quality.
